Absolutely. We love helping clients find the perfect fit. Just send us a message or book a skin
consultation—we’ll talk through your needs, goals, and timeline to recommend the best
treatment plan for you.

We totally understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask
for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may incur a fee, as
that time is set aside just for you.

Just arrive with a fresh, clean face if possible—but if you're coming from work or on the go,
don’t stress! We’ll take care of the cleansing. Avoid exfoliating or using any strong active
ingredients (like retinol or AHA/BHA) 24–48 hours before your appointment.

Arriving 5–10 minutes early is perfect. It gives you time to relax, sip some water or tea, and
fill out any quick info we might need about your skin.

No plucking, waxing, or threading before your electrolysis appointments, please! We need the hair in the follicle so we can treat it effectively. Shaving is okay if needed—but ideally, leave a bit of visible growth (about 2–3mm) for the best results.

Please shave the area being treated 12–24 hours beforehand. Avoid waxing, plucking, or
epilating for at least 4 weeks prior—laser needs the hair root to work its magic. Also, try to
keep the area out of the sun for 2 weeks before and after your treatment.

We recommend keeping your lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours. That means no
water, steam, saunas, or makeup around the eyes. After that, you’re good to go—and your
lashes will stay lifted and lovely for weeks.

For best results, exfoliate your body the day before your appointment and avoid
moisturiser, deodorant, or perfume on the day of your tan. Wear loose, dark clothing to your
appointment to prevent any rubbing—and we’ll guide you through the rest!
